I guess my body didn't enjoy the gluttonous rampage I had at the movie theater yesterday. My goal today is to get at least 4 out of the 7 green check marks. Shouldn't be that hard as 2 of them are gimmes. I just need to make myself do it, that's the key. I just read that Kevin Smith had a massive heart attack over the weekend. He's a bit older than me, but I have always loved his movies and think he's an awesome dude. He's ok so far, but it's another reminder that us fat guys are really playing with fire. If I want to be around to see my kids get older I have to be serious about not being a Fat Fuck.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Dt Mt Dew
Snack: Pretzels, almonds, and Dt Mt Dew
Dinner: Stir fried turkey breast, brown rice, spinach, fried egg, and sauted vegetables. Plus Dt Dew.
Exercise:

Water intake: Decent, but not great.. probably in the 6ish glasses range. Still had a lot of pop.

I wanted to hit 4 out of 7 today and I shattered that number. I need to keep this motivation going every day. It helped that it was really nice outside so I could run after my kids for a while to get those steps up. Dinner and snacks were mostly healthy - aside from the pop. I feel good seeing all this green.
One hundred and forty-six days down.
