Day 147 - No Rhyme



Really felt like I killed it yesterday.  The scale doesn't show any change though.  On days I feel like I got total Fat Fuck I drop 2 pounds.  "She falls down a well, eyes go crossed. She gets kicked by a mule, they go back to normal. I dunno."

On slightly happier notes, I bought a pair of second hand jeans in size 38 instead of 42.  Some of my old jeans are way baggy now - mainly because I wore them baggy even at my heaviest.  Still a long ways to go, that's why I'm not buying more than one pair, but it's kinda nice to have some smaller pants. 

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  None
  Lunch:  None
  Snack:  Pretzels, almonds, Dt Mt Dew
  Dinner:  Baked chicken, mashed potatoes, corn, and Dt Mt Dew.  Plus a small bowl of ice cream with strawberries on top.  The ice cream was payment for some computer work I did for family.  It woulda been rude to say no. 

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  15
  10k Steps -  8.2K
  Squats - 20  (forgot to do more sets)

Water intake:  Still low - probably 6 glasses max.

Yeah, 3 outta 7 ain't gonna get me where I want to be.  I had good intentions, but helping out with my MIL's laptop put a kink in my plans.  It was nice outside and I fully intended to knock out the rest of my steps, but I didn't.  No real excuses.  I could have done it when I got back home even though it was dark.  Instead I played PUBG while the family went to bed.  Wrong move.

One hundred and forty-seven days down.
