Day 142 - Two in a row


No change in my weight, but this is the second day in a row that I've posted in a timely manner.  Woot!  Trying to get those good habits back slowly, but surely. 

I'm going to make it a point to get a couple walks in today and get as close to my 10k as possible.  I should be able to walk over my lunch break hopefully.  That's today's first goal.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  None
  Lunch:  Almonds and a Dt Mt Dew
  Snack:  Pretzels and a Dt Mt Dew
  Dinner:  Large baked potato w/ butter, onions, small amount of pulled pork and a side of green                         beans.

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps -  11K
  Squats -  None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Still pretty low - 4 or 5 glasses


I'm working off of small victories right now, trying to get back in the groove.  Today's small victories:  Hit my 10k steps, posted timely, remembered my vitamins.  Need to keep gaining momentum and make these small victories a habit again.  I'm happy with what I accomplished today.  I'm not sure it's enough to make a difference on the scale, but I'm taking the steps to get back into those habits that will change the numbers on the scale.

One hundred and forty-two days down.
