Day 141 - Habits
Alright, trying to get back to the good habits. The first step is getting back to posting daily. I know that nobody reads this, it's just so that I remain aware of what I'm eating and doing every day. It shows me how much my weight is changing - good and bad - due to the daily choices I'm making. It's my reminder to not be a fat fuck.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Handful of almonds and a Diet Dew
Snack: Handful of honey roasted peanuts, pretzels, and a regular Dew
Dinner: Large salad, lots of veggies, and some blue cheese
Exercise:
Pushup Challenge - None
10k Steps - 5.9k
Squats - None
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake: Still too low... had a few glasses, but not enough.
It's frustrating to write this out and realize how many good habits I have let slip lately. I'm drinking waay more pop and as a result way less water. I haven't been getting very close to my 10k steps on a regular basis (some of this is due to the fact that I've been busier at work, but I'm not making the effort to find time to get steps in either). I haven't been taking my vitamins anywhere near normally. I've been eating more. More bad food and more quantity. I may not be showing it in a significant weight gain, but I feel cruddy and am sleeping worse. Basically, I've let everything slip over the last couple weeks. Writing it down and owning it is the first step to getting back on track.
One hundred and forty-one days down.
