Day 130 through Day 40 - One, Two, Skip a Few

Seems like I can only remember to stay up to date for a few days in a row.  I think part of it is that I'm not as excited as I once was.  I'm not losing as much weight and what I'm losing isn't coming as easily as I once was, in fact I've gained a few lately.  Plus, I think I've mentioned it before, but work is stressing/depressing.  I used to handle this by just eating a lot until I'm comfortably numb.  I've slipped back into that a little bit.  I'll come home from work and over eat on pretzels, peanuts, homemade bread, and pop.  It's like a "congrats, you made it through another day of work!".  It's a bad habit for dealing with this stress/depression/funk I'm in.  Overall, I've made good progress with the weight (still have a long ways to go, I know), maybe I need to approach the rest of my life in the same way.

Like I said before, I've been over eating on snacks when I get home from work and drinking non-diet pop.  This plus the fact that I'm not regularly getting in my steps, push ups, or squats in means that I'm not making any progress on the weight loss.  When I have been motivated I've been trying to increase the number of push ups I do, but my shoulder is really sore after only 15.  I've really been stretching it out lately, but it doesn't seem to make a difference.  It even aches some mornings just from sleeping on my side.  Shitty situation.

Once again, I'll try to be more regular with my posts.  My weight loss is suffering due to my laziness - lazy with my steps, lazy with my eating, and lazy with my posting.  

One hundred and forty days down.
