Bad choices = .5 pound gains. I know, normal fluctuation. Still, I want to get back to seeing those daily reminders that I'm getting there. This is starting to feel like the 260s all over again.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: None
Snack: Pretzels, almonds, Diet Mt Dew
Dinner: Chinese buffet - and I went full fat guy. Ugh.
Exercise:
Pushup Challenge - 10
10k Steps - 8.7k
Squats - 20
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Still not checking off enough of the items. It's so much easier to keep making the wrong choices when that's the groove you're in. I made a family size salad and had plans to make spaghetti, but quickly got in the "fuck it, lets go out to eat" mode. We got our tax return back and were planning what bills to pay off and figured we could at least swing dinner for fun. And, that's the story of how I had no will power today. I'd like to say that I'll do better tomorrow, but I've been saying that for a month now. I just don't have any faith in myself at this point.
