Day 143 - Three, Three days in a row


I still don't think I was focused enough yesterday to make a difference on the scale.  My guess is this is normal fluctuation so I'm not too overly excited.  It's a little tiny bit of inspiration to keep on grinding out those good "Don't be a fat fuck" habits.


Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  None
  Lunch:  Almonds and a Dt Mt Dew
  Snack:  Pretzels, a little bit of blue cheese (my fridge is bare, lol), and a Dt Mt Dew
  Dinner:  Large plate of pulled pork nachos with a swiss cake roll for desert - not the healthiest                           options at all, but damn tasty.


Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  25
  10k Steps -  11K
  Squats -  70
Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Still pretty low - 4 or 5 glasses


I'm gonna try a new deal where I give a quick look at the things I hit on daily.  Not sure if this will help me visualize how I'm doing or not.   We'll see if it's just a pain in the ass or if it's actually helpful.  So, here's my attempt at that:

Five outta seven.  Killed it on the "active" part today, but failed on the food and water. 

One hundred and forty-three days down.
