Good to see the numbers drop again, although I wasn't expecting it.
It's supposed to be nice out today so I'm going to try to get my 10k in by walking around the neighborhood. I'm also going to try and have a better day eating. Even though I'm down a couple pounds per the scale, I've been gorging on bad food. My intention is to eat light and load up on veggies today.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Too much Dt Mt Dew, movie theater popcorn, and candy (Reese's pieces and Twizzlers)
Snack: Leftover popcorn
Dinner: 3 egg omelet with peppers and onions, Dt Mt Dew
Exercise:
Pushup Challenge - None
10k Steps - 8.8K
Squats - 40
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Well, yes.. yes I was. I ate well for one out of two meals today. Drank way too much pop instead of water. And didn't hit my 10k steps. I did put in good effort on the steps. The family and I went for a walk and we even jogged for a couple of blocks. It got dark and cold before I could get to 10k. I suppose I could have walked the kids home and then gone back out, but they would have been waiting on me to watch a show as a family and I needed an excuse to call it good. I'm going to shoot for 4 outta 7 green check marks tomorrow.
One hundred and forty-five days down.
