Day 128 - Another Day
No change, really? Ugh. I was optimistic last night. I was excited to see the scale this morning. I even resisted getting a sneak preview by weighing myself before bed. All to find no change on the scale. Boooooo. I'll just keep going and do more of the same today. I'll get there eventually. Keep grinding. Keep reminding myself.... "Don't be a fat fuck"
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Almonds, Pistachios, and a Dt Mt Dew
Snack: Piece of homemade bread
Dinner: Homemade tomato soup and crackers, Dt Mt Dew
Exercise:
Pushup Challenge - None
10k Steps - 11K
Squats - None
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake: 8+ Did pretty decent drinking water at work today.
Didn't eat too crazy today - mostly healthy. I'm happy I hit my steps again. I did a bit more snow shoveling and played a bit of basketball with my kids. I'm not going into work tomorrow so it'll be a challenge to get my steps in unless I get real motivated and use the elliptical (blah).
One hundred and twenty-eight days down.
