Woot! I finally hit the second goal - 250.5 or under. Like last time, it took me a little longer to get to this point than I planned. I'll set up another short term goal and get it posted soon. The short-short term goal is to get into the 240s. Haven't seen those in a while.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: None
Lunch: Bowl of chili with some cheese and crackers, glass of Pepsi
Snack: Slice or two of homemade bread, half a KitKat bar, 2 glasses of Dr Pepper
Dinner: Boneless skinless chicken breast, salad with lots of veggies, some cooked corn.
Exercise:

10k Steps - 4K
Squats - 50
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake: Low
So, I didn't do as well with my willpower and my "Don't be a fat fuck" today. I had too much pop, very little water, and overate on the bread. Plus, I didn't get much at all for steps in. I did make sure to get some squats and pushups in, but that won't counter the overeating and high calorie drinks. I'm guessing tomorrow will be a slight bump upward.
One hundred and twenty-nine days down.
