Day 127 - Grind


Yeah..  seems about right.

Going to try and be strong today.  It helps that some of the leftovers are starting to disappear.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  None
  Lunch:  None
  Snack:  Mini Snickers (the really tiny ones), honey roasted peanuts, pretzels, cut up raw peppers                      and broccoli.
  Dinner: Three slices of homemade sourdough bread with butter and a glass of Pepsi 

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps -  11K
  Squats -  None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Back to the medium area - 6ish glasses.

I didn't exactly eat super healthy with all the bread for dinner, but they weren't huge slices and it's made from scratch bread so it's not full of fake flavoring and preservatives.  My snack included veggies so it was fairly healthy.  So there's that.  Calorie wise, I feel like I was still way under.  I was a bit hungry last night but resisted hoping it will pay off tomorrow morning.  I didn't knock out any squats or push ups, but hit my steps goal which included running around in the snow with my kids.  We'll see what the scale says.  I'm optimistic.

One hundred and twenty-seven days down.
