Day 123 - Preparation LLI



A half pound hit as a result of the buffet adventure.  I feel better, guilt wise and stomach wise.

Today's going to be a bit tougher to get my steps in.  I'm struggling with weekends now that it's freezing fucking cold.  I could bundle up like a Eskimo but that doesn't seem too appealing.  We have some house cleaning to do and the kids have basketball games so I'll be active for some of the day.  As active as a coach sitting on a bench can be.  I want to have another solid day of eating well and being active before the Super Glutton Bowl LII.  We'll see..


Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  None
  Lunch:  Honey roasted peanuts, a half glass of Dr Pepper
  Snack:  A quarter of a steak taco that my son didn't finish, a bite or two of Mexican rice.
  Dinner:  Bacon wrapped chicken breast, brown rice, salad, and a White Label

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps - 5.3K
  Squats -  40

Water intake:  Pretty high

Decent day to follow up my buffet gorging.   I'm out of multi-vitamins so I need to pick some of them up soon.   Getting low on the probiotic as well.   I feel good about being at a good spot before tomorrow's cheat day. 

One hundred twenty-three days down.
