Day 122 - Still, No


But, a little bit closer.

One and a half pounds away.  I still have today and tomorrow where I'm going to attempt to eat smart and try to give myself a bit of a buffer for Sunday's gluttonous affair. 


Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  none
  Lunch:  A handful of tortilla chips (still stuff left in the food cube at work, evil temptation)
  Snack:  Honey roasted peanuts, a few pretzels, Mt Dew White Label.
  Dinner:  Chinese buffet   Yeah, I know.  This wasn't in the plans.

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  10
  10k Steps -  11.7K
  Squats - 40

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Still pretty high, but not as good with the buffet and white label.

So, the day didn't exactly play out like I thought it would.  January was our no spend month.  So, now that it's February we decided to treat ourselves to dinner out to celebrate how well we did.  I did have some of the kinda healthy options - whole green beans, sushi, etc instead of just eating the fried goods exclusively.  On top of that I had a couple glasses of Dt Mt Dew.  I feel guilty and sick from the amount I ate.  I didn't eat nearly as much as I used to, but it was a lot.. and my stomach must have shrank a bit as I feel like I swallowed a midget who's stuck and pushing against the walls trying to get out.  

One hundred and twenty-two days down.
