Day 124 - Super Glutton Bowl LLI



Cheat day!   I'm approaching this day with a bit of a strategy, but I'm not going to beat myself up too bad if I go a little nuts.  As I said before, I'm going to try to have healthy options and will try to focus on them as much as I can.  I'm also going to skip breakfast and lunch.  I've got some cleaning around the house and other things going on so I'm not going to get much for steps in, but will be up and moving for half the day.  I don't really have a dog in the fight, but I'm pulling for the Pats.  I'd like them to tie the Steelers total Super Bowl wins as I don't like the Steelers.  Plus, I like to see all the "Patriots cheat!" people get worked up.  They all cheat and I don't think the Pats cheat any more than the other teams.  Anyway.. Go Lions, Super Bowl 2019 Champions!?!?


Today's meals:
  Breakfast: None
  Lunch:  Some snacking as I'm prepping soups and appetizers
  Snack:  See dinner
  Dinner:  Where do I start?  A bowl of tomato soup with crackers, a plate filled with veggies (peppers, carrots, broccoli, etc), and then the bad stuff...   cookies, chips, dip, brownie, caramel corn, pop, beer, frozen mixed drinks, and more! 

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge - None
  10k Steps - 1.9K
  Squats -  None

Water intake:   Low - adult beverages took priority for the day.

Well, didn't get many steps in and ate way too much, but all in all it was a good day.  The game was good but the commercials were blah.  I'm a bit nervous to see the damage tomorrow.  But, trying not to stress over it.  I'll get back in the routine tomorrow and keep grinding away.  It's slow progress, but I'm getting there.  I just keep thinking... eventually these cheat days will be easy to overcome as I'll be in a maintenance mode and not trying to keep losing past my previous days weight.
