Day 125 - Morning After

From 1 pound away from my most recently missed goal to now 3.5 pounds away.  I've done worse on a cheat day.  For some reason this isn't depressing me as much as these setbacks usually do.  I guess I've been up and down so much that there is maybe some confidence that I can buckle down and get back on schedule.  We'll see.  I wanted to hit my 250.5 by the 1st goal and each day of not getting there does suck, but I enjoyed yesterday.  I guess probably could have enjoyed it a bit less and not ended up in the hole so bad, but it is what it is.

Water intake:  Medium - probably 5 glasses.

It snowed a lot here and I spent several hours in the afternoon shoveling my driveway, sidewalk, and the neighbors.  I think I had around 15 inches of snow in my driveway.  I think we only got 6 or so total snowfall, but it all seemed to blow/drift into my area.   I tried to snowblow it, but the snowblower wouldn't stay running.  Of course, the one time we have snow deep enough to use it I can't get the damn thing to run.  It's probably a good thing though, I got a lot of exercise doing shoveling.  My phone died half way through, so the steps were higher than reflected above.  My arms are tired and I feel good.  It's good to bust your ass physically every now and then.  I purposely sold my riding mower when I moved here thinking that I'd make myself get some exercise one way or the other.  Maybe I should sell the snowblower.

One hundre twenty-five days down.
