Day 76 - No Control


The scale is reflecting my current struggle.  You saw it in my catch up post the other day.  I CANT SEEM TO STOP EATING SHITTY FOOD!   It's not always shitty (the gummy worms, yes), the asiago bread is fantastic.  Toasted with a bit of butter melted into it and I'm in heaven.  But I'm sure it's horribly high in calories and contains tasty carbs.


Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  Oatmeal with honey, Dt Mt Dew
  Lunch:   Salad with veggies and turkey
  Snack:  2 slices of asiago cheese bread, Dt Mt Dew
  Dinner:  Baked breaded chicken patty, a few pizza rolls, cooked spinach

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps -  10K
  Squats - 40

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Not enough

Continued the trend of not eating real food for dinner.  We're trying to empty out the freezer of stuff that's due to be used and some of it's not so healthy.  But, I could choose to eat the good stuff, I just don't.  Here's to a better day tomorrow.
