Day 75 - The Return






Ok, back to the normal routine after slacking for some time.  I've posted the new goal.  I don't think it's going to be easy at all.  I've started to slip back into some old habits and had too many "I'll just make this a cheat day/meal/moment".  As I stated before, it's only going to get tougher for the rest of this month and beyond. 

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  2 slices of asiago cheese bread, Diet Mt Dew
  Lunch:  Jimmy John's #5 Vito with a Diet Coke
  Snack:  Ice cream cone, a few gummy worms
  Dinner:  Turkey breast, salad with veggies

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps -  10K
  Squats - None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Not enough..  probably 5 glasses

As you can see, I've been straying from the salad and omelet meals.  A large part of why I am staying in the 262-265 range.  I need to get back on track with the eating.  I'm feeling weak with all of the holiday candy, meals, etc and then it's making make other choices that are bad - see ice cream cone and gummy worms above.  No bueno.
