Day 67 - Down again



Happy day.  Surprised I went down further, as I didn't really eat all that well yesterday, but I'll take it.  Today should be a day around the house so in theory I can eat well today.  That's the goal.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:   3 egg veggie omelet
  Lunch:  None - busy in the garage
  Snack:  2 Dt Dews, a few Doritos
  Dinner:  1 small chicken wing, 5 chicken nuggets, 4-5 pepperoni pizza rolls  (Horrible will power)

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps -5K - didn't do much walking today...  did work in the garage a lot, up and down a ladder                              though - didn't have my phone on me then. 
  Squats -  None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  Not enough at all - 3-4 glasses

For the second day in a row, dinner left something to be desired.  I probably was still under calories for the day, but it wasn't healthy foods.  I really wanted to keep the 10k streak going too, but the day got away from me.  For the most part I was up and moving around though.  We went shopping and I spent a chunk of the day getting some hooks installed in the garage and storing the family bicycles.  I've got a bit more work to do to get them all stored away, but it's been a lot of up and down ladders so far.  Not a bad day overall, but I'm gonna try to have a better one tomorrow.
