Day 68 - Image Not Found
I forgot to get a picture - my phone was dead. But, I did weigh myself and I came in at 263.5. So, up a little after the last couple of days with questionable eating for dinner.
Today's meals:
Breakfast: 2 egg veggie omelet with a small sausage patty, White Label
Lunch: None
Snack: Dt Dew, homemade popcorn, some chex mix
Dinner: Small bowl of chili topped with cheddar cheese and some crackers.
Also had a Potosi Snake Hollow IPA.
Exercise:
Pushup Challenge - None
10k Steps - 7.5K
Squats - 40
Vitamins & Supplements: Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake: Not enough - 6 glasses
I didn't eat much for sweets today, but hit the chex mix and lots of homemade popcorn. Was going to try to eat some salad and other light stuff today, but we ended up having people over to watch football and the fantasy football stress made it easier for me to give in and eat shitty stuff.
I worked in the garage for the beginning of the day, did my squats, and took a long walk with the wife. So, even though I didn't register 10k it was a decently active day. As usual, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
