Day 66 - Achievement Unlocked



Would you look at that!?  Bout fucking time.

So glad to hit that first mini goal.  I was a bit frustrated how long I yo-yo'd between 265 and 270.  And the other plus is that I'm only 4 pounds from hitting the 250s.  The last time I "tried" to lose some weight I got stuck at 264 forever.  Granted, my diet wasn't great, but I was paying attention to my weight and couldn't seem to ever get it to budge from 264.  It'll be different this time.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  Chobani Greek yogurt, some pistachios
  Lunch:  2 hard boiled eggs and a asiago cheese roll from Palmer's Deli (a gift from a co-worker that I probably shoulda tossed after they left, but it was nice and I love asiago bread items)
  Snack: Dt Dew, a couple sugar roasted pecans
  Dinner:  Salad, 2 fried chicken legs and a chicken wing, a small slice of pepperoni pizza, 2 Diet Cokes

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  None
  10k Steps - 10.3K registered
  Squats - None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  6-7 glasses

Feels really good to hit the first goal.  I might have kinda messed it up a bit with the large dinner today, but the rest of the day was really light.  Time to set new goals - I'll post them soon.
