Day 64 - Sleep



It's moving down, but still haven't reached my original goal.  Kinda depressing, but I have to stay positive and stay the course.  I'm making progress and I can feel that I'm building a little bit of muscle back.  My freaking hips are sore from the walking...  that's a bit embarrassing to say, but it's true.  I was that out of shape.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  Dt Dew, a few candied pecans, and a couple of lime tortilla chips
  Lunch:   Salad - heavy on the veggies
  Snack:  Caramel corn, Dt Dew, some more candied pecans, a few bites of cookies and other xmas                    snacks that are laying around.  I didn't have the willpower going today.
  Dinner:  A baked potato, some taco bean dip, and most of a can of cooked spinach

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge - None
  10k Steps -  Just under 10k
  Squats -  None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:   7ish glasses

Another decent day.  I gave in and ate more shitty food than I should have.  I feel that I didn't get too wild.  I slacked a bit on the exercise as I fell asleep before I could knock the rest of it out.  As always, we'll see what the scale says tomorrow.
