Day 61 - Going up?


Welp.. that's almost exactly what I expected.  Instant results from eating like a pig and not doing anything active through out the day.  Another step away from my goal.

We're going to cut down our Christmas tree today so I'm hoping that I can get some walking in there.  Would like to get to my 10k today.  I've made excuses for not going out for a walk these last few days.  It's been too freaking nice around here for me to be as shut in as I have.

Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  3 egg veggie omelet, White Label
  Lunch:  Leftover slice of pizza
  Snack:  Rice crispy treat, Dt Mt Dew, the xmas treats we bought yesterday, etc. 
  Dinner:  Leftover pizza again   (just realized I don't think I had any veggies except for breakfast)

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge - None
  10k Steps - 5K
  Squats - None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Today was a bust.  I'm a bit bummed that I'm trending up.  I'm bummed that I keep on making excuses and not working out.  Bummed that I ate pizza twice instead of having a salad.  Woe is me.
