Day 58 - Last Chance


A couple more pounds in the right direction.  I've got 3 pounds to go before tomorrow - definitely not going to happen, but I'll keep trying.  It's going to be close. 


Today's meals:
  Breakfast:  Pistachios and Dt Dew
  Lunch:  Taco salad - same as last night - heavy veggies
  Snack:  White label
  Dinner:  Taco salad

Exercise:
  Pushup Challenge -  Off day
  10k Steps - 7K on the phone - probably a little low
  Squats - None

Vitamins & Supplements:  Multi Vitamin, Super- B Complex, Vitamin C, Probiotic

Water intake:  7-8

I didn't get a lot of items checked off in the "exercise" section, but I did actually do more than it shows.  Basically from the time I got home I was working in the garage and putting Christmas lights on the house.  So, lots of up and down a ladder and maneuvering on the roof.  I was tired by the end of the night so I'm calling it exercise.  It fits my definition of activity.  Should help me get where I want.
